1. Please click here to download our PATIENT HEALTH QUESTIONNAIRE. This questionnaire is designed to understand your current health status in a comprehensive manner. You need to fill this questionnaire in detail and send it back to us.

2. Once you submit the questionnaire with all details, we will provide you a primary assessment of your case and the fees details. The fees details have not been provided here, since it would vary for individual case.

3. We can schedule a phone call for taking your comprehensive case history. It usually lasts for around half an hour.

4. Once your health assessment is complete, the medicines would be sent to you by suitable means. Note: In the countries where we would not be able to send medicines, we would advice prescription for the patient to purchase medicines online.

5. You may contact Dr Amit anytime for the follow-up during the treatment period.

Please note before you opt for an Online Consultation:

1. All cases taken up for treatment or consultation are personally studied in detail by Dr Amit Karkare.
2. For the benefit of patient, we do NOT disclose the names of medicines during the treatment period for avoiding undue doubts and discussions on the selection of the remedies. Patient needs to trust our therapeutic judgement. The names of the remedies will be revealed, if we feel it necessary, towards the end of the treatment, in a summarized format only.
3. We use standardized medicines for dispensing. The medicines will be delivered to the patient by regular post or courier.
4. Since the consultation or treatment will have to take place without physical examination of the patient without actually seeing the patient, it is not possible to offer a 100% guarantee of cure.
5. Please note that we do not claim to cure each and every case, nor do we guarantee any magical cure. In case of being unable to achieve a desired result, the patient or his/her relatives will have no right to ask for any financial or other claims/damages.
6. Homeopathic medicines, when taken under the guidance of a qualified homeopathic physician, are free from side-effects. Hence any untoward development taking place during the period of treatment will not be blamed on the medicines or consultation offered. The patient will have no right to ask for any damages with respect to the same.
