Relief from the fear of Crackers...

"Weddings and festivals bring a lot of joy and celebration, however in all these festivities we forget our pet friends especially dogs and cats who are extremely scared of crackers and loud noises. Dogs can hear about 80 times more than humans and so they see and hear the outside world in a different perspective.
For me as a veterinarian and as a responsible dog of owner of three golden retreivers I am always worried and concerned of the well being of my patients. Using allopathy medicines for my patients requires strict supervision and that is not always possible for my pet patients because many times owners take their dogs along with them on vacation during diwali.
Alternatively I have been using Dr. Amit Karkare's Homeopathy and Flower remedy medicines for the last three years for my own dogs and my patients. These medicine are easily acceptible to the dogs and can be given very easily. It has been a relief since I am using Dr Karkare's medicine because the patients are more calm, less anxious, less destructive during diwali and get sensitized to the loud noises. hence, it is a happy diwali for everybody."

Bach Flower Therapy for Pets

I've often been asked to recommend flower remedies for pets, which are often highly sentient, intelligent, and beings with well-developed emotional capacities. The principles involved are similar as those involved in recommending flower essences for humans. In fact, since animals are free of all the emotional garbage, false beliefs, greed and envy that humans suffer from, they often respond faster and better to flower remedies than many people do.

Flower remedies can help in several areas of Pet-care, including:
    * Training - skills & toilet
    * Fears, phobias and separation-anxiety
    * From possessiveness to being aloof
    * Loss of the vitality and enjoyment of life
    * From aggression, biting to being submissive
    * Convalescence from long-standing illness
    * Skin rashes and hair problems
    * Effects of trauma or mal-handling

In case of pet-training, the remedies will make the training process faster but can't train the pet themselves.
Assuming that the problem is a case for flower remedies in the first place, and that the right remedies have been selected and properly administered, positive results are usually seen within two to three weeks, and sometimes much sooner than that. Naturally, results depend on the individual animal and the nature and severity of the problem for which it is being helped.
